StoreScope Analytics

Connect your stores

One guide per connection StoreScope Analytics offers: what it unlocks, the least access to give it, the steps in each console and the errors the connection check can show.

How a connection is saved

  • Each connection uses your own key or account, never a shared one.
  • Before anything is stored, one live call checks the key with the store. A key that fails the check is not saved, and the page says why.
  • Keys and secrets are stored encrypted and used only for your workspace. One connection serves both StoreScope Analytics and Storevisor.
  • Owners and members can connect; a viewer cannot.

Errors any connection can show

network: error (offline? proxy? try again)

The store could not be reached. Try again in a few minutes; nothing was saved.

The check failed: error

Something unexpected happened during the check. It was logged; try again, and tell us from the Support page if it stays.
